The HOBI Awards are the most prestigious recognition in Connecticut for excellence in remodeling, home financing, sales and marketing, and new construction and land development. For Ms. LeBlanc-Jones to receive the Best Fairfield County Spec Home award for her first spec home is a testament to her versatility, skills and industry knowledge. The spec home was constructed on Catamount Road in the Greenfield Hill area of Fairfield. “With Ruth’s proven track record for successfully marketing and selling homes, it is no surprise that she has taken home five HOBI awards,” said Kate Rossi, president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, N.Y. “The award for her first spec home is quite an accomplishment.
