HOME PROTECTION PLAN

Ruth offers all of her customers, whether buying or selling, a free one year Home Protection Plan. This is insurance for a buyer that if any of the covered systems or appliances have a problem, repairs or replacements are made for one low deductible per service call. The plan goes into effect at closing for one year.

Sellers have the same Home Protection Plan in effect from the time of listing until closing. At closing, the plan transfers to the new buyer and is in effect for one year. This offers the extra assurances to a buyer that the plan offers and is an extra incentive to purchase.
